I attentd Missouri Western State University, which is no more then 4 1/2 hours away from my house.
So if something happens to me at least someone can come to my rescue with out having to spend 400 on a plane ticket. (lol)
But then it’s also good b/c I can grow up, and learn how to take care of myself.
Most teenagers want to stay home for college, and thats fine. But do you really have” freedom “, still coming home to Mom and Dad everyday?
Most teens who stay home get their own place, buy a car, work, and try to balance school, relationships, etc.
Which is my opinion; is a full blown wind of “life”!
As for me because I chose to go away for school, I dont have to work, I don’t need a car, and I dont have to figure out how I’m going to pay the light bill. lol
I charged $11,000 to my “goveremental charge card(FAFSA) ” to keep all the junk on, and dont have to pay them back until 2011. And not all in one sum
